We currently purchase our credit card thermal rolls and toner from Richmond Paper & Ink. Let me tell you… I always have a pleasant experience when I place an order with their customer service representatives. I have never had a bad experience or an incorrect order since my first purchase back in 2004. I even receive courtesy calls from the owner himself, which is honestly the best way an individual should run a business as they actually take the time to get to know their customer’s and he is always trying to get me the best deal he can offer the company.
